As a Maintenance Technician at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed, execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program as well as monitoring work orders effectively utilizing the Quore program. You will also complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively, maintain property grounds and curb appeal, monitor and maintain pool/spa maintenance and related pool equipment assuring pool/spa meets state board of health standards, and respond to guest inquiries during shift regarding maintenance issues with guest room and/or public meeting space–including electrical, plumbing, key lock systems, HVAC issues. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of hotel maintenance experience, experience in pool maintenance, the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos, be able to be readily available on an on-call basis as needed, and be available to work weekends if needed. 

As the Breakfast Attendant at the hotel, your primary functions will be to manage inventory by maintaining and ordering inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar, monitoring. and maintaining expenses. You will also maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case a guest complains about their stay, be responsible for the set-up of the breakfast bar, maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours, restock as needed, and complete tear-down and clean-up of the breakfast bar. It is preferred that you have food and beverage experience, are ServSafe certified, and are capable of making fast, sound decisions and working mornings and/or weekends.

As a Line Cook at the hotel, your primary functions will be to stock stations with the necessary supplies, prepare food for service, keep your station clean, cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, and ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion, among others. Although this is a PM position, you may also be asked to assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory necessary to operate a quality breakfast bar, and monitoring and maintaining expenses. You will also maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case a guest complains about their stay. It is required that you are ServSafe certified; if you are not already, we will help you get certified. It is preferred that you have kitchen/food service and preparation experience, effective communication skills, can maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and are a team player. We are looking for someone with flexible availability to work morning shifts. 

As a Server/Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn, your primary functions will be to interact verbally with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, present the menus, take and relay orders to the service bar and kitchen, mix drinks according to hotel standards, deliver food and drinks to guests, and observe guests and respond to any additional requests.  You will also be expected to check the guest's identification to make sure they meet age requirements. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma, a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, a valid Liquor Permit, and a valid Food Safety Handler Certificate, as well as the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have the desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos, and be available to work weekends if needed.

As a Guest Services Representative at the hotel, your general responsibilities will be to be proficient in the use of the PMS, including but not limited to handing reservations, cancelations, group bookings, incoming sales leads, etc., deal efficiently with guest complaints or special requests regarding rooms or other functional areas of the property within guidelines, policies, and procedures offering guest service and service recovery, monitor, promote, review, and give insight on guest service scores on a weekly/monthly basis as directed, confer and cooperate with other property personnel to resolve operating problems and ensures coordination of property activities. It is preferred that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are organized, efficient, and prioritize work. 

As a Night Auditor at the hotel, your general responsibilities will be to ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties, direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff, effectively, properly, and accurately analyze the day's operating results and perform daily assigned duties, and act as the Manager on Duty (MOD). It is preferred that you have a high school diploma or GED, previous Front Desk and auditor experience, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, efficient, and prioritize work, have a basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, have good guest relation skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving techniques, be a team player with the ability to work well in groups, be able to multi-task, and are available to work weekends and holidays if needed.
